For many years, I have worked as a counsellor, coach, educator, trainer, and group facilitator. I have supported individuals and couples from many different cultural backgrounds. Furthermore, my experience living and working in both Canada and Europe has given me a broad understanding of people and relationships.
I am fluent in English, Italian, and German. This multicultural background allows me to connect with clients from diverse experiences and perspectives.
My professional training includes extensive studies in Dance Movement Therapy in Europe. I also completed intensive training in Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP). I believe emotional healing involves the mind, body, and spirit working together. Therefore, my counselling approach focuses on helping clients understand deeper emotional patterns and life experiences.
