Thank you for commenting Guadalupe. Yes, there is a lot of reading material out there. I would also recommend mindfulness meditation. There are a number of excellent videos on Youtube particularly by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I also highly recommend his program &quot;The Mindful Way through Depression&quot;.]]></description>
