Without the responsibilities and business of daily life you will be able to immerse yourself in healing self-exploration, integrating body, mind, emotions and spirit.

It is also about connecting with our women. As you heal your relationship with food, the excess weight comes off automatically.

What  women have said:

“This timely retreat  offered welcome relief from my unhealthy eating that had alluded me in other courses and readings. Ina is a capable, warm and very organized facilitator and the participants bonded quickly in her safe and respectful circle. We worked through many processes that helped unravel the mystery of our individual food compulsions in  practical and at times, astonishing ways. I left the retreat  with a positive, motivated attitude, new tools, gratitude for Ina’s teaching and the shared experience and wisdom of the other women. Many thanks!” Maia M.

“The Retreat gave me a safe place, free of judgement, to begin exploring and understanding just what drives me to eat the way I do, and to “get” that it’s not about the food.  I can now use the tools I was given, and depend on the support and encouragement of Ina, Val and the other participants in the group, who all understand where I am and how I got there.  The Retreat has opened the door so that I am now able to step out, be on my way and begin the work of my journey to wellness.” Heather M. (Victoria)

“The weekend retreat was so much more than I could have ever expected. I discovered so much about myself and I am taking away so many new tools to help me process through putting an end to my emotional eating.
It had been years since I put myself as a priority. Lately I had moved into a place of curiosity and desire to find out why certain things continue to come up in my life. Through Ina’s work and guidance I had many insights; I was able to explore them in a safe and non-judgmental environment.  The women who participated and the retreat location were amazing!  I am very grateful for finding Ina and making the commitment to myself.”
